Commemorating the life and legacy of Nahom Berhane, the Nahom Berhane Scholarship for Leadership and Inclusion provided assistance to youth with a proven track record of volunteerism, community service, and leadership in the community, who were in need of financial support to attend a post secondary institution, including universities, colleges and professional trades training. For many years, the Scholarship prioritized youth of African descent. The Nahom Berhane Scholarship was made possible by the generosity of corporations, foundations, and individual donors.
